Diamonds are held for up to 24 hours after the bank wire order is created.
After this period, diamonds may become available to other customers.

Product Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. To ensure your complete satisfaction, Yuga Diamonds offers a comprehensive return policy:

Return requests must be made in writing or via email to info@beta.yugadiamonds.com.
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of product receipt.
After 30 days from the delivery date (as verified by official shipping tracking), all sales are final.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.
All returns are subject to inspection by Yuga Diamonds.
For diamonds over 1.99 carats, GIA verification and re-certification may be required, which can take up to two weeks.
Customers are limited to one product return within a six-month period.
Subsequent purchases within this period are considered final sales.
This policy applies to both exchanges on diamonds and ring settings.
