Diamonds above 0.10ct each are not covered under warranty policy. Center stone diamonds and gemstones on engagement rings are also not covered under warranty policy. Damage, loss or theft are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty policy. While we’re happy to repair your jewelry, there are fees assessed based on the repair requirements, as determined by our jewelers. We strongly recommend that all work including cleaning, resizing and repairs performed on your jewelry is done by With Clarity. Otherwise, your warranty will be voided. For day to day care, we recommend purchasing the With Clarity Luxury Jewelry Cleaner. Our cleaner removes dirt, oil, dust and other materials that reduce shine from daily use.
